LEAD Education takes safeguarding very seriously; the welfare of our learners is paramount. We work closely and transparently with all our education partners, sharing best practice and following the appropriate policies and procedures regarding the safeguarding of young people.
It is important to us that each learner studying at LEAD Education has a clear understanding of how and where to seek the appropriate information, advice, and guidance regarding learner support. We want all learners to feel confident and comfortable should they need to speak with a member of our team with any concerns they may have. Our student support network at our learning sites and education partners are here to fully support all learners.
